The Airport Retailers Association (ARA) was founded in 1999 as a non-profit organization which collaboratively works with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AAS) to ensure a positive passenger experience.
ARA currently assists more than 20 different parties at Schiphol with over 80 stores. Schiphol Airport is an important European hub for air travelers, with millions of passengers on a monthly basis, covering up to 98% of routes dedicated for International travelers.
ARA members pride themselves on their operational excellence, translating organizational and individual needs into a balanced and flexible supply of supporting services, to promote the passenger travel experience during their time at Schiphol.
